for the purpose of helping new employees to learn the details and enterprise culture of cttc, the training course for the new employees was held on april 15, 2011.

mr. liu ming, administration division of cttc, presided the training. mr. fang xijiang, the general manager, extended the warm welcome to new employees on behalf of company. he suggested that the new employees should devote wholeheartedly to work and obey the rules and hoped that they could be down-to-earth and take great efforts to work. during the training, the manager of each division introduced the detail information about the division respectively, which made new employees have an better understanding of cttc. in the afternoon, the new employees visited the labs and business departments of cttc.
