on jan. 14, 2013, mr. rober lattie, the chairman of iso/tc38/sc2 (the former chairman of aatcc), was invited to visit cttc and made a lecture on textiles testing technology and standardization in usa.

mr. rober lattie presented textiles testing method and apparatus about moisture management, physical properties including pilling resistance and strength, comfort properties (fabric hand); and also introduced usa participation in iso international standardization, the recent technical activities of aatcc and astm d13, the trend of usa standardization, etc.

the lecture provided a good opportunity to further learn textiles testing technology and standardization in usa. more technical exchange and cooperation will be carried out in the future.
